We welcome the community to join us for our monthly reiki sound healing experience at Siren! Jess Spain will lead this deeply restorative reiki sound healing session designed to align your energy, calm your mind, and foster the energy of letting go and just flowing. This will include soothing Crystal singing bowls, light drums, and other sacred tones tuned to our intention of flow.

If you’ve never experienced a sound meditation, they are deeply relaxing!! Bring a yoga mat or other cushion to lay down on for the duration of the experience. Bring pillows, blankets, sheepskins - any comfort item you’d like! We do love to get cozy. Please SIGN UP HERE so we know how many we are accommodating!
